Diese bestehen in der Regel aus einem festen Brennstoff und einem fl\u00fcssigen oder gasf\u00f6rmigen Oxidator und vereinen so die Eigenschaften von klassischen Feststoff- und Fl\u00fcssigtriebwerken. Die ERIG nutzt seit langem die Kombination aus HTPB und fl\u00fcssigem Distickstoffmonoxid (N2O). Zu den Aufgaben z\u00e4hlen neben dem Entwurf von Brennkammer und Injektor auch das Design von dem Fluidsystem, bestehend aus Tanks, Ventilen und Betankungssystemen.
